Interserve Healthcare was established in 1998 and re-branded in 2005. We are one of the UK's leading providers of health care and social care workers, and have a singular sense of purpose – to provide outstanding care and service to all of our clients and workers.

In recent years we have recognised that providing Complex Health, Rehabilitation and Social Care Packages to clients who have sustained Personal Injuries and are either starting out or going through the litigation process have very different and unique needs compared to our more traditional continuing healthcare clients.

We have specifically developed our services to meet these needs and also to meet the requirements of their Case Managers and Personal Injury Deputies through our 26 branch network.

We would like to make it extremely clear that we are not a case management company and employ no case managers, our case management sector is here purely to provide our Health & Social Care services to you, their Case Manager or Deputy.

The Interserve Healthcare are currently working with nearly every major case management company and Personal Injury Law Firm in the country, providing our specialist evidence based care and support packages to Adults, Children and Young People who have sustained injuries as a result of accidents or medical negligence.

Historically over the last few years the vast majority of clients that Case Managers have referred to ourselves, present with the following conditions:

  • Brain Injury (ABI and TBI)
  • Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
  • Cerebral Palsy

And more recently

  • Asbestosis related diseases

Due to the unique needs of each and every client referred to us, their care and support requirements are completely different, ranging from:

  • Extensive Complex Healthcare Packages
  • PA Social Care Packages / Buddy
  • Rehabilitation Support Packages

All of our Care, Support and Rehabilitation packages are tailored to meet the individual needs of your clients and the holistic needs of their families.

As a company we recognised that often as Case Managers you need to be able to obtain accurate information quickly, in a format that can be easily incorporated into reports and recommendations that you may be making on behalf of your clients.
