In 2018

Our national provision for adults and children ranges from respite care through to live-in services; from brain and spinal injuries care to tending to clients with dementia; and from complex, round the clock life-sustaining support to social care and companionship. In 2018 alone, we did this and more:

adults and children cared for

hours of complex care

care staff were supported to work in clients’ homes

visits carried out

UK coverage

across England, Wales & Scotland

Our clients enjoy high quality care provided by our trained and supported care staff

At Interserve Healthcare, we employ motivated and dedicated people who have 24-hour back up through local hubs and our out-of-hours on call team. We provide continuity of care to our patients and are diligent in matching our staff with clients to ensure long-lasting placements. All our staff are supervised and given ongoing training.

We take pride in offering high quality care services with excellent clinical governance and a passion for client centred care. Our managers work sensitively with clients and their families to ensure that our nurses and assistants provide services which form part of a safe, effective and happy home-based care routine.

We provide care to clients at home, through self-pay, personal health budgets, commissioned by CCGs, local authorities and social services. Interserve Healthcare also provides staffing solutions to nursing and care homes and healthcare establishments.

Personal Health Budgets

At Interserve Healthcare we have clients using Personal Health Budgets (PHBs) to arrange their care. We are experienced in helping them and their family to understand and manage their PHB. • I really love working with Ben. All the staff have different things they bring to the job, Ben is happiest getting out of the house and we do that whenever possible.
  • I want joy out of what I do, and I get that working with Ben. He interacts more with people he is used to, he really likes getting out and nursery rhymes.
  • We’ve always been happy with the care. I have no worries when I go off to work, even if Ben’s not 100 per cent we know he is in good hands – and that means so much to us as parents.
  • The assessment process (arranged at very short notice) appeared very thorough and my mother was delighted with the professionalism and kindness of her carer.
  • In all our dealings with Interserve Healthcare, Ron and ourselves have without a doubt been treated with the utmost kindness and respect.
  • The team responded with sensitivity, whilst caring for somebody with such highly specialised needs.
  • I must say the way dad was cared for with kindness, dignity and professionalism could not have been bettered.
  • Hand on heart we have the best care agency in the world looking after our son. The nurse and carers all work closely together to all do the very best in making sure our son is looked after.
