Interserve Healthcare’s client care staff tell us there are two things in particular that they love about working for us; variety and flexibility.
We provide care services to clients within their own homes as well as through a variety of healthcare establishments. The care we provide to individuals in their own homes ranges of extremely complex packages, where our clients may be on life sustaining technology or have extremely limited mobility, through to social care and companionship where staff are required simply to provide support on outings or assist with some personal care.
As well as our homecare service, we also work with a variety of healthcare establishments including nursing and care homes, learning disability establishments and private and NHS hospitals. If you prefer to work within an establishment setting, we can offer huge varieties of shift patterns and work locations to meet your individual requirements.

Weekly pay, including holiday pay
We pay all of our client care staff on a weekly basis, so there is no waiting around waiting for monthly pay. We deliver our payslips electronically (or paper if you prefer) and you will be able to access an online portal where you can view you current and previous payslips at any time.
We also pay our client care staff holiday pay, so you can take time out with the piece of mind that you are still receiving pay.
Your personal login area
When joining Interserve Healthcare, you will be given your own personalised login area, which allows you to manage and submit your availability online, refer friends to us, make contact with your branch, order uniforms and also gives you access to My Interserve.
