You can either apply online for a specific role or send us your CV and Covering Letter speculatively. If you’ve applied for a specific role, our Recruitment Department will review your details and if we do not think the role is right for you, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
2. FIRST INTERVIEW
If we feel you have the right skills and we’d like to take your application further, one of our team will contact you to arrange a telephone screening interview which could take anything from 15 minutes to half an hour, dependent on the job role. This gives us both the opportunity to talk through the role and also check if it’s the right role for you.
Our telephone screening interviews follow a very similar format to a traditional face-to-face interview, so it would be really beneficial if you are somewhere quiet and free from any distractions or interruptions. Your interviewer will be able to provide you with more information about the job you’ve applied for whilst assessing your skills by talking through your experience.
3. SECOND INTERVIEW
If successful after your telephone screening interview, the next stage will typically involve a face-to-face interview to discuss the job in more detail. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to learn more about Interserve Healthcare and where you would be working.
After each interview, we’ll be in touch to discuss feedback and to keep you updated on the progress of your application. If for any reason you can’t attend an interview, please notify us as soon as possible.
In some cases you may be invited back for a third interview to meet other members of the team, deliver a presentation or take part in a profile assessment. We’ll provide you with full details on what you need to prepare.
4. OUR DECISION
As soon as we have made a decision, we will be in touch to make a verbal job offer or to provide you with feedback on why you have been unsuccessful. If you accept the job, we’ll quickly follow it up formally with a conditional offer of employment and agree your start date.
5. JOINING US
Depending on your start date, you may be invited to attend our two day induction course at our Central Office in Telford, prior to joining your department or branch. There’s nothing for you to worry about, as we arrange all your free travel and accommodation, and in return for making the journey you get a fantastic opportunity to meet a number of people in the business as well as a great introduction to working for Interserve Healthcare.
In some circumstances you may start directly in your department or branch, before attending the induction course, but all this will be communicated to you on the run up to your first day.
