A thorough assessment of each worker’s training requirements is undertaken by the Branch Nurse, specifically identifying key tasks that the worker will be required to undertake as part of their role within the NHS. Workers who are successful at interview are required to complete our Agency Worker Training Programme, which includes mandatory training.
Initially driven by NHS requirements, our online training programme, which is supported by instructor-led classroom based training, must be successfully completed by all workers before they are supplied to the NHS.
