Complex care & domiciliary care services

As part of the City & County Healthcare Group family, Advantage Healthcare employs motivated and dedicated people who have 24-hour back-up through local hubs and our out-of-hours on-call team. We provide continuity of care to our patients and are diligent in matching our staff with clients to ensure long-lasting placements. All our staff are supervised and given ongoing training.

We take pride in offering high-quality care services with excellent clinical governance and a passion for client-centred care. Our managers work sensitively with clients and their families to ensure that our nurses and assistants provide services which form part of a safe, effective and happy home-based care routine.

We provide care to clients in their own homes, through self-pay, personal health budgets, commissioned by CCGs, local authorities and social services. Advantage Healthcare also provides staffing solutions to nursing and care homes and healthcare establishments.

Personal Health Budgets

We have clients using Personal Health Budgets (PHBs) to arrange their care. We are experienced in helping them and their family to understand and manage their PHB. If you would like an informal discussion call us on 0800 694 45 55 or send us an enquiry via our Contact page.

Our Services

Advantage Healthcare delivers care services covering a wide-range of conditions and circumstances. From intensive support helping customers manage brain and spinal injuries, to live-in care that assists customers in their own homes, we provide help at every step along the way.

We offer respite care, too, for those times when regular carers need a break, and our companionship services mean your loved doesn’t have to be alone. We can assist with getting from hospital to home along with academic support so that disabled students can focus on their studies. Testimonials

“I really love working with Ben.  All the staff have different things they bring to the job, Ben is happiest getting out of the house and we do that whenever possible.”

“I want joy out of what I do, and I get that working with Ben.  He interacts more with people he is used to, he really likes getting out and nursery rhymes.”

“We’ve always been happy with the care.  I have no worries when I go off to work, even if Ben’s not 100 per cent we know he is in good hands – and that means so much to us as parents.”

“The assessment process (arranged at very short notice) appeared very thorough and my mother was delighted with the professionalism and kindness of her carer.”

“In all our dealings with Interserve Healthcare, Ron and ourselves have without a doubt been treated with the utmost kindness and respect.”

“The team responded with sensitivity, whilst caring for somebody with such highly specialised needs.”

“I must say the way dad was cared for with kindness, dignity and professionalism, could not have been bettered.”
