We are looking to recruit a dedicated Client Manager in our South Wales & West branch to manage the support and care of clients living within their own homes.
As a Client Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the clients needs are met and that they are living as independently as they wish. You will be required to hold regular staff meetings, supervise, manage and oversee the workforce, matching their skills and experience with the requirements of your clients, always ensuring that best practice is maintained and compliance with CQC is adhered with.
The successful candidate will be required to manage a case load of approximately 30 care packages.
You will also have responsibility for ensuring safe and effective delivery of support and care and will be required to effectively participate in the day to day operations of the branch ensuring all practices & processes are in accordance with current legislation and corporate policies and procedures.
You will be required to partake in a regular rotation of escalations to support the branch out of office hours.
Knowledge skills & experience
The successful candidate must have health and social care experience and be computer literate.
You must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form and have good judgment and decision making skills.
