Office Hours

General office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm

Interserve Healthcare operates a 24 hour service. Times can be arranged outside of these hours on request and an out of hours service is also available, meaning there is always someone on the end of the phone!

Private Clients

For many families there will come a time when additional assistance may be required for yourself or the care of a family member. This is when most people or families will seek out alternatives to a long term hospital stay, nursing home or respite care.

Here at the Portsmouth branch we offer the highest standards of care provided by a team of friendly, experienced office staff. We are able to provide a care team with a wide variety of qualifications and experience, ranging from high dependency nursing to support and companionship.

Each Service User and family, are assigned an experienced branch consultant who will guide you through how our service works.

Firstly your branch consultant will arrange an initial assessment to meet with yourself and your family. This meeting is an opportunity for us to have a detailed discussion allowing us to really understand your care needs. We will answer your questions regarding types of support we can supply and how we ensure that our staff are suitably qualified, trained and equipped to carry out the services required of them.

Following the meeting we will select a number of suitably trained carers or nurses which meet your individual care needs, providing you with a detailed profile of their experience and qualifications. We will then arrange for you to meet with the selected team to ensure the best personal fit

We will write a bespoke, comprehensive care plan detailing all of your needs and circumstances. You will be included within the whole process and have the opportunity to review and finalise the care plan prior to our service commencing.

We understand that this service is personal to you and we want to ensure at all times that your care requirements and desired outcomes are being met. We therefore carry out regular supervision checks on our care and nursing team, maintain regular communication with you the client, and undertaken regular reviews of our support package to ensure that your care plan and support staff continue to meet your needs.

We have a formal thorough and transparent complaints procedure which we utilise in the event of any dissatisfaction or issues raised. Essentially, our overarching aim is to ensure that you, the client, feels happy, valued and supported by the care programme, and by our staff who administer it.
